Multiple trailer tires needed to be replaced.. they replaced them. That was last week, This week I went to check the air and noticed they covered up all the valve stems for the inner tires by not allowing access from the outer tire being put on. Common mistake but it should be the first thing to learn when teaching a new employee. This is not the first time that this has happened this is actually the second. So I took the air nozzle and started airing them up myself. Manager came out and instructed me that I am not allowed to air up the tires. I handed him the nozzle and told him that they're not going to air up themselves. So he got the employee that was on the second lunch break and now I know why all of this has even came about. Stopped in just to get some air in my tire.. if I would've had the money for the machine at the gas station I would've paid the machine .. but the rude guy behind the window sure did let me know they couldn't help & that there was a air machine next door . . Didn't realize it would've been that hard to help someone out with air . I will never get anything from a good year & will be sure to let everyone person I know to not get tires from goodyear in Fairfax
